Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases required by consumer law.

We offer size or model exchanges within 30 natural days from delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

All exchanges must be pre-approved.
Before sending the item back, please email us or DM us with clear photos of the product, tags, and any issue you may have noticed. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

We cover the shipping cost of the new item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the product is faulty).

Please try on swimwear over underwear to ensure fit. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, deodorant marks, stains, removed tags, or damage.

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged swimwear cannot be accepted.
