Our swimwear is 100% made in the Canary Islands. Once the designs are done, we print the fabric by sublimation. The pieces are cut by hand and confectionated in the workshop itself.

  • Preferably wash in cold water
  • Avoid ironing
  • Avoid dryer machine

Orders are shipped from Fuerteventura (Canary Islands, Spain). Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 24–48h (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), and you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 working days within the Canary Islands and 3–7 working days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing between the Canary Islands and mainland Spain. Orders shipped to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands may be subject to DUA/customs handling fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. We currently only ship within Spain through our website. If you are located outside Spain and would like to place an order, please contact us via Instagram DM @nopali.swim or email info@nopali.es.

We don’t accept returns or refunds, except when legally required.
We offer size or model exchanges within 30 natural days, as long as the item is unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached.
The customer covers the return shipping — we cover the shipping of the new item.
Before sending the item back, please email us or DM us with clear photos of the product, tags, and any issue you may have noticed. Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Please try on swimwear over underwear to ensure fit. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, deodorant marks, stains, removed tags, or damage.

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged swimwear cannot be accepted.
